This decorative sconce was designed for Lettuce Entertain You’s Wow Bao restaurant. Working from an unappealing initial design, I helped the client arrive at this pleasingly abstracted ‘Bao’ Chinese dumpling.

BWI Puree Popper

This is the first product I ever designed, way back in 2001. Designed to create formed portions of pureed foods in institutional settings, this product never quite made it to market.

ChildTracker Safety Device Concept

The ChildTracker was designed along with a variety of other safety devices for children which were presented to independent developers. Working prototypes and lots of presentation materials were produced.

EAS’D Chair – Museum of Contemporary Art

The Eas’d chair was designed in response to the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art’s call for ‘portable seating’ designs. The chair is made of machined aluminum and formed plywood. In addition to contributing the core concept and mechanical aspects of the design, I created the posters. 2002
